Creating a data warehouse in ESXi VSphere 6.7 en VMware Workstation 14

We shut down the VMware ESXi machine and added a hard drive, on this hard drive we are going to create the DataStorage from VSphere.

And we access through the web, with the IP that we had assigned personalized. If we had a DNS we can create an entry to redirect us to that IP and have access by name.

Now we go to the Storage section and we are going to create the DataStorage.

We select the size we want to use for this purpose, for this case the complete disk.

And with that we had already created the DataStorage.

Now we can create our virtual machine.
